Instructions
Two teams compete in a 3v3 inside the playing area. The attacking team receives the ball from an outside server and must combine quickly to create a scoring opportunity. The defending team applies pressure and, if they win possession, immediately transition to attack. The team that scores stays on, keeping intensity and tempo high.
Focus Points
Encourage quick decision-making in tight spaces
Focus on efficient finishing technique and composure
Reinforce aggressive defending and pressing on loss of possession
Promote immediate transitions from defense to attack
Praise intensity, communication, and teamwork
Progressions
Limit the number of passes before a shot must be taken to increase urgency and realism.
Add a time constraint to score or introduce bonus points for one-touch finishes to challenge composure under pressure.
